하나님의 임재연습(The Practice of the Presence of God) -묵상(21) 01/03/2019 (목. Thu.)

• (벧전 1:6-9) “6.그러므로 너희가 이제 여러 가지 시험으로 말미암아 잠깐 근심하게 되지 않을 수 없으나 오히려 크게 기뻐하는도다. 7.너희 믿음의 확실함은 불로 연단하여도 없어질 금보다 더 귀하여 예수 그리스도께서 나타나실 때에 칭찬과 영광과 존귀를 얻게 할 것이니라. 8.예수를 너희가 보지 못하였으나 사랑하는도다 이제도 보지 못하나 믿고 말할 수 없는 영광스러운 즐거움으로 기뻐하니 9.믿음의 결국 곧 영혼의 구원을 받음이라”

안녕, 내 친구여.
용기를 내거라. 하나님은 종종 우리의 영혼을 깨끗게 하시고 우리에게 그분을 더 깊이 의뢰하는 법을 가르치시고자 인생의 여러 어려움들을 허락하신단다. 그러니 그분께 너의 문제들을 끊임없이 아뢰고 그것을 이겨낼 수 있는 힘을 달라고 기도하렴 . 가능한 한 자주 그 분께 말씀을 드리고 그분을 잊지 않도록 힘쓰거라. 그분을 찬양하거라. 어려워 못 견딜 것만 같을 때는 겸손하고 사랑스럽게 그분께 나아가라. 마치 어린아이가 사랑하는 아버지에게 가는 것같이 말이야. 그리고는 너의 어려움을 도와 달라고 그분의 은혜를 구하거라. 나도 미천한 기도로나마 너를 지원해 줄 테니.

하나님께는 우리를 당신께로 이끄시는 많은 다양한 방법들이 있단다. 그러나 그분은 어떤 때는 자신을 숨기기도 하신단다. 그럴 때 우리의 유일한 의지처는 온전히 하나님께로만 향한 우리의 믿음이 되어야만 한다. 그런 믿음이라면 흔들리지 않을 것이다. 우리가 하나님을 떠나면 떠났지 하나님은 결코 우리를 떠나지 않으신다는 사실을 잊지 말아라. 우리는 하나님의 임재로부터 분리되지 않기 위해 각별히 주의해야 해. 우리는 시종 그분 안에 거해야만 한단다. 지금도 그분 안에서 살고 날이 이르러 죽을 때도 그분 안에서 죽는 것이지. 나를 위해 기도해 주렴. 나도 널 위해 기도하마.

(1 Peter 1:6-9) “6 In all this you greatly rejoice, though now for a little while you may have had to suffer grief in all kinds of trials. 7 These have come so that the proven genuineness of your faith—of greater worth than gold, which perishes even though refined by fire—may result in praise, glory and honor when Jesus Christ is revealed. 8 Though you have not seen him, you love him; and even though you do not see him now, you believe in him and are filled with an inexpressible and glorious joy, 9 for you are receiving the end result of your faith, the salvation of your souls.”

Hello friend!

Take courage! God often allows us to go through diffculties to purify our souls and to teach us to rely on Him more. (See 1 Peter 1:6-7) So offer Him your problems unceasingly, and ask Him for the strength to overcome them. Talk to Him often. Forget Him as seldom as possible. Praise Him. When the difficulties are at their worst, go to Him humbly and lovingly—as a child goes to a loving father—and ask for the help you need from His grace. I will support you with my humble prayers.

God has various ways of drawing us to Him, but sometimes He hides from us. In those times, the sole support of our confidence must be our faith, which must be totally in God. Such faith will not fail.

Remember that God never leaves us unless we go away first. We should be careful never to separate ourselves from His presence. We must dwell with Him always; so let us live with Him now and die with Him when our time is at hand. Pray to Him for me, and I will for you.
